Clock apps has serval icons and buttons missing

Inside clock app cancel and save buttons are missing from bottom. Entire bottom row of tabs is missing.

As well as the entire world clock. Can still click all buttons they are just not there. 

Also same thing happens when I select recent apps.

Try changing your color pallette in wallpaper settings.
