Constant freezes and reboots

This has been freezing on me crashing on me apps have been locking up and seizing. Even while trying to type this message keyboard was locking up. Keep getting processes popping up that have crashed and apps crashing at system starts need to uninstall it.

Mine does it 40+ times a day.

Even when I'm sleeping at night and it's laying on the end table - 4-5 times during sleep hours

If you haven't already, reboot to the Maintenance screen and select to Wipe Cache Partition ...

It helps to lessen the amount of reboots and app crashes

I keep getting random screen lock ups and goes to lockscreen most common is while using the notifications shade.. Screen turns off then goes to lockscreen.. Annoying!

Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Side key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Side key to restart the device.

This has had no effect. Zero. Clearing cache has does nothing to stop the random reboots.

I've got the same issue, reboots/restarts all throughout the day (and night). Clearing cache didn't make any noticable difference.

If your phone is restarting itself constantly or freezing up hold volume down and power button at the same time you'll notice a longer restart 30sec - 1 minute and the phone will boot properly
