This issue was fixed for Android 12 Beta 4 among most Pixel users. I suspect this may be the case for us as well.

I believe this is an app development issue and not a beta issue. I have a few apps that don't support Android 12 yet. I've had a couple apps that were updated recently and now support Android 12.
