Yeah I get a stutter when closing apps from time to time. Didn't get it before

I get system-wide lag as well. It's not so much present on apps like Snapchat and Instagram, but it's there.

This is what I did to fix it. I fixed the lagging at the app switcher using the developer options. Just changed the animation scale to 0.5.

I did the first hour or so after installing the beta. It's pretty snappy now. Apps open pretty quick now for me.

Try going into recovery, wipe cashe and then repair apps. I do that after ever update.

Multiple users have experience lag of some kind with  beta software. Please send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. After sending error report, please clear cache using steps below. It has helped some users reduce if not remove lag.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Side key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Side key to restart the device.
