Different default SIM for call and data

Not sure what is it that is preventing Samsung from introducing seperate default SIMs, one default SIM for data and another default SIM for call/text.

Her's a screen shot of the SIM Manager page used by Samsung in the rest of the world. Why can't we have this?

Can you post a screenshot what u have? Mine is unlocked S21 Ultra directly bought from US Samsung website
