Disappearing Apps

Hi there,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

To the point... Samsung Members app disappeared from my 3rd party Launcher. Checked in Settings/Apps and still was there. Went back to home screen (3rd party Launcher app). Used the search option and Samsung App Store said my device was not compatible with this same app I'm using. Went back to Settings/Apps and opened the app from there.

And here I am posting about it.

Someone else had a similar situation?

I'm going to switch back to Samsung Launcher and check if it makes any difference and might report back... if I can find the app. 😂

I imagine it's a function of the launcher you've been using...let us know.

Members just got an update to the new naming convention (dropping Samsung from the name) so it might just be hiding from you haha

It hasn't disappeared.... Just renamed (as just mentioned above and in every post talking about missing apps)

Many launchers aren't yet fully compatible with the beta. I'm guessing it's a glitch because of the launcher.

It actually disappeared from the 3rd party Launcher but when I switched to One UI Home it was there in the dedicated Samsung app folder. I didn't show under members or Samsung members in the other launcher.

Hello ,
Please try to clear app cache and try again. If the issue persists, it would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels. As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side.
