Edge Panels no longer working after Beta5

After turning it on and off it briefly works then no longer works and can be swiped.

It appears collapsing the task bar brings back the edge panels when they disappear but it happens over and over with it disappearing.

Can't wait until the next update, hopefully this is fixed, it's so annoying!
