The finally added it
You need good lock app from Samsung store.
Go to the Samsung Store and search for Good Lock and download it, then open it after it installs and scroll down, and you should find it in the list at the bottom. Make sure you have "Make Up" selected on the bottom left and not the "Life Up" on the right, like in my screenshot. Tap the down arrow to install it and and then scroll back to the very top and you'll see it right above Theme Park.
