DiscussionsMight want to go to Device Care and check for any rogue activity apps.
Run Diagnostics routine at bottom of page.
And maybe change one or more settings to throttle back the phone.
A last resort would be to use Smart Switch to backup the phone, then Factory Reset, then restore. I've read where folks were having extreme issues and this helped alot.

Are you observing any pop up saying phone is cooling down ? Please stop using the device and call us at 1-800-726-7864 or request the location to the nearest Service Center.
