Fingerprint biometric login is not working

Fingerprint biometric login is not working for few banking apps.

I deleted the fingerprint. Added newly, still the same.

Did that as well.. that setting is not getting turned on.. Stating register a finger print first

Yes it says no finger print in the device

When the option to enter user information pops up, touch the fingerprint representation near the login box & you should be asked to put your finger on the screen to allow you in.

Don't re-enter your prints, it's not necessary.
