Fingerprint biometric login is not working

Fingerprint biometric login is not working for few banking apps.

I deleted the fingerprint. Added newly, still the same.

Did that as well.. that setting is not getting turned on.. Stating register a finger print first

Yes it says no finger print in the device

When the option to enter user information pops up, touch the fingerprint representation near the login box & you should be asked to put your finger on the screen to allow you in.

Don't re-enter your prints, it's not necessary.

I had to uninstall my banking apps, restart the phone to wipe the cache partition, restart again to to perform app repair function, and then allowed the phone to restart normally, reinstalled my banking apps and i was able to use fingerprint biometrics again.
Remember, to clean cache partition and repair apps are done in the service screen that you get to when you hold the power and volume up button during startup of the phone.

As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side. It would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels.
