Has anyone noticed a reduction in full screen edge to edge from the s21 ultra. Even with Mt case on there is an obvious gap between where the case ends and where the actual screen starts

No issue here.

If you haven't already, reboot the phone into Maintenance mode and select to Clear the Cache Partition

I don't have a second phone available to take a pic of the actual phone. Only my work phone and the camera is disable. Only to certain functions

I haven't noticed any difference in how much "full screen mode" uses the screen. In other words, 100% of the screen is used
