Team,

I have installed the latest beta software on my watch 5 Pro and have noticed the folloeing:

First when the watch goes to sleep even though I have the always on display enabled the clock stops until a tap on the watch face.

Second I'm not able to use my watch and Google pay with the beta software. I get error that current software doesn't meet security standards. This might of been mentioned during the installation of the beta software.

t seems like you've encountered a couple of issues after installing the latest beta software on your Watch 5 Pro. Let's address each of them:

  1. Always-on Display: With the beta software installed, you noticed that the clock stops when the watch goes to sleep until you tap the watch face. This behavior may be a bug or a temporary issue in the beta version. It's common for beta software to have such glitches as it is still in the testing phase. To resolve this, you can try restarting your watch or checking for any software updates that might address the issue. If the problem persists, you may want to report it to the developers or consider reverting to the stable version of the software.

  2. Google Pay Compatibility: You mentioned that you're unable to use Google Pay on your watch due to an error stating that the current software doesn't meet security standards. This error message indicates that the beta software you installed may not be compatible with the security requirements of Google Pay. Beta versions often have limitations and may not support certain third-party applications or services. To resolve this issue, you can try reaching out to the developer or support team of the beta software for assistance. They might provide a workaround or suggest reverting to the stable version of the software, which should be compatible with Google Pay.

In general, encountering issues like these is not uncommon when using beta software. It's important to remember that beta versions are intended for testing purposes, and their stability and compatibility can vary. If you rely on your device for critical functions or if these issues significantly impact your experience, it may be best to revert to the stable version until the beta software is more refined and the issues are resolved.

I've noticed that the beta version records much less deep sleep than the previous version. The previous version showed me in deep sleep an average 40 min to over an hour. Now it's showing me like 10 to 20 min. There must be some kind of change in calibration of the sensors. Anyone else having this?
I have been running software for almost 2 weeks and never over 20 min deep sleep. I don't think it's accurate.

Ive noticed it records rem sleep in one area but light sleep in the others... Seems like most of the sleep sensors are not accurate any more since beta install
