When scrolling the gallery app, the toolbar at the bottom is blank after swiping from checking the image info. Also goes blank after moving files to another folder.

This tool bar? If so, it disappears to allow for a full screen view on mine. If I select an image, I get the normal action tools at the bottom. 1779614349031.jpg

The toolbar shows but the icons disappear. You can see the outline of the toolbar. Unless it's a 9.0 feature that wasn't in previous builds.
