It's not official firmware, so it doesn't pass the Google Play check. This happens every beta program.

Hello @Exathi ,

Google pay will not be working at this time as One Ui 4 hasnt been approved yet for use by Google. We will send a notice when Google pay. Based on previous beta experience, usually it would be closer to last beta software update or market release s/w version.
