OK so after opening an app and exiting I'm unable to open app drawer, swipe left or right or even open another app, it freezes up I cam only swipe quick panel to access settings, or use recent, back or home navigation key, the only way to gain access to an app I have to press recent key then back key after it freezes and repeat the process
We are sorry your device is so sluggish. Please send us an error report from the Samsung members app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports if possible. Please try erasing cache by following below steps.
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold Vol up + Power for 10 secs.
3.Navigate to wipe cache partition using volume keys
4. Press power key to select wipe cache partition -> Yes -> Reboot system now.
If clearing cache doesn't help, next best option would be to back up and master reset device.
