Google voice input fixed

Finally! After 3 beta updates the option is in your keyboard settings to set google voice typing as your keyboards default speech to text.

there's a few changes. notably, you can change the space bar hold option to activate voice typing. this is great if you hide the toolbar.

What it defaults back to Samsung? I started by disabling samsung voice input then I realized there's a setting in the actual keyboard setting to switch it over now.
