Google voice over Wi-Fi starts out clear then gets garbled

When using Google Voice over Wi-Fi the call starts out clear then gets very garbled and broken up and then disconnects.

As a point of contrast, no issue here with Voice.

Go to Settings > Apps > Voice
Then select Storage > Clear cache

You might also want to reboot the phone to Maintenance mode and select to Clear Cache Partition

Please try suggestions from @user751201tmO21 .As Google Voice is not native calling application on Samsung devices, It would be best to reach out to google team for support.
