How do I revert back to One UI 3.1?

Long story. I downloaded the beta and I don't like what it's offering right now. I've backed up my data before installing the beta, I'm just trying to revert back to the most recent version of One UI.  

Any help is more than welcome.

Smart Switch for Windows, Mac version doesn't work. This beta is buggy as **bleep**, I went back to 3.1

Yeah, I'm loving some of the minor tweaks the beta has given for animations and widgets. But it absolutely pales in comparison to what Pixel got for their beta hahaha. The bugs vs the minor tweaks just ain't worth it for me rn.
