How to submit error reports

I want to submit error reports but it won't let me it keeps asking me to allow samsung members app for permission how do I do that

Yes the errors go though the Samsung Members app, you also have to ensure thT you have the latest version of the app installed from the Galaxy App store

The same thing also happens to me and the version of Samsung members is updated

Settings > App > Samsung Members > Permissions
Once you are here, for Storage, select 'Allow access to media only'
