I THOUGHT THE ADS WERE GONE😠

There's no statement that ads in S. Store are removed.

They bragged about removing ads from some Widgets (like weather), but nowhere* else I'm aware of.

to be fair, you went into the Galaxy Store...that's like complaining about end caps or the impulse purchase candies and whatnot at the checkout of the local supermarket

At least they removed the ads from Samsung Music and the Weather App and that's enough for me.

You can turn them off from the galaxy store settings. Turn off both special offers & game offers.
