I can't register for One Ui 4.0 Beta version

I own the s21 ultra, I have a Samsung account, and I've done all that I've read on Google and samsung.com in order for me to get it.

But my members app does not show the banner that let's me do it. 

Is anyone else having this issue

The beta may not able to accept new candidates as they are already on 4th Beta release. Might as well wait for the stable version soon.

One UI 4 Beta program on S21 devices is currently closed for registration.
