Is speakerphone not working for others on the one UI Beta?

After the beta update, I am unable to select speakerphone during a phone call.

I used it no problem. Think it took 2 or so taps to switch over but it worked for me.

We have tried using speaker phone and it worked with out any issues. Please send us an error report from the Samsung members app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports. You may also try to reset cache of Phone app from settings -> apps -> phone -> storage -> clear cache to see if it helps resolve the issue.
