Probably but that seems like a waste of time. Since we need wifi to download it why should it matter what carrier and if the phone is unlocked it shouldn't matter either

I'm confused how ppl who got the update are still in here? Not this person specifically but I've seen ppl talking about how it works etc. Like they have the complete official build. I just got a message stating I can't come back in here if I update.🤷‍:male_sign:
