Keep the stretch scroll animation.

The stretch scroll animation was one of the nicest touches to the update. It made everything feel more fluid natural and overall smooth. Do not remove this because it's something that almost everyone likes oh, and it still fits the One UI theme. It wouldn't make any sense to get rid of this. There are so many other things throughout the system you can focus on and fix so please focus on fixing those things rather than removing nice things that you've had it already. Focus on smoothness, stability, and better performance rather than getting rid of this nice animation.

First try with this animation was a huge improvement, but it could be smoother and stretch more or whatever else. I hope they don't give up on this very nice new feature... 🤞
