Missing panel

Since the last update, once in a while all the apps and widgets on my secondary panel go missing. If I do a restart they all come back though

Edge panel pr the second home screen? Have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting?

Have you submitted an error report?

I've experienced all my apps and widgets disappearing from the home screen, if that's what you mean.
The other panels containing my apps disappear at random times when my ram usage is higher than normal. So generally when I'm gaming. It's extremely strange. Maybe we're experiencing the same thing?

You can stop One UI launcher from apps. Got fixed for me by turning rotation for the main screen.
