While transferring files to an external drive connected via USD C , certain folders located on the drive would not show up in My Files. I would have to cancel the "move" and select the external drive again for the folder I am looking for to show up. It sometimes takes 2 - 3 tries of doing this before the folder shows up.
To help us investigate further, please submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem:
1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue.
