Hi Cameron! Please see this post. Another user stated they received the update on the Carrier Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S23 on T-Mobile. I can't verify if they indeed did receive the update. But it's worth checking this out.

I had the very same problem...switched carriers...ultimately, I had to send my to Samsung for them to remove the beta.
