Personally, I use Static IP, with selected DNS servers, which I find more efficient than dynamic.
What you need to do is identify if the issue is at the local network level or beyond the local level.

If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.
We do not need an error message to send us logs, a good description with logs works just as fine.
