Not downloading apps

Does anyone else get this message when trying to download something its saids failure to download app

Only when the app that's downloading experienced an issue ... usually, a second attempt works

I've not read any posts in here about any folks complaining about a downloading issue

IOW, there's not been a "because of beta" issue causing a download failure
