On the latest beta 3 of of one UI watch 6, watch doesn't vibrate in response to notifications. Wanted to point that bug out. Thank you!
Battery life also an issue, looking forward to it being fixed on stable

Thank you for your feedback on notifications and battery issues.
Please ensure if your watch is on "Mute" mode while notification is received.
However, to help us better understand your issues, please submit an error report via Galaxy Wearable Beta app (Search for Contact us > Error report).

I had the same problem, went into notifications in the gear app, turned off then back on notifications for my specific apps, and started receiving notifications. I did it individually by app too.
