Did you check the notification settings in phone settings

If you aren't wanting bubble style then I would turn off floating notifications all together.

However, if you are wanting the smart pop-up view (I guess a different icon) then you should be good

Ive always had it on the setting the screenshot shows and i would get the bubble, so when i press it a little window or kinda of a floating split screeb would appear and also the edge lighting would show and the text preview, now im not getting none of that just the bubble
