It did take some time to get all my apps organized into folders for MS Launcher. An important feature would have been very useful. But now that it is set up in MS Launcher and backed up, good to go!

I am thinking may be i should find old version of MS Launcher that can import my current homescreen.. Then back it up.. And then update to latest launcher and restore.. Let me try this hack..

Very happy with MS Launcher!
Swipe left and can add whatever widgets you want.
Folder organization in app drawer and home screens are like Nova.

Swipe right and page of your choice... I have my calendar widget.

Swipe up partial bottom and up to four rows of most used apps and app folders.
Swipe up from the middle and full app drawer.

Make your folders in the app drawer first and copy to the home home screen so both are in sync.

All the gestures of Nova.
Smooth and low battery usage. MS knocked it out of the park on the launcher!
Full backup and restore.
Good stuff.
