I've heard about it, but haven't yet hit an area in DFW where that's a thing, lol

No it doesn't, I get it with 5G NSA with LTE Band 4/66

Generally it means true 5g because most people are going to be connected to the mid-band or mmWave. Regardless if it's nsa or sa.

Again that's wrong. The midband I'm connected to is LTE not 5G.

Do you understand what NSA is? It works off of a 4G core instead of a SA 5G core. You're still going to get more benefits running it as 5G instead of limiting the phone to 4G/LTE mode. That's why I'm saying it's "true 5g".

I know what NSA is..... In my area when I have NSA it's 600mhz 5G running with either Band 2 (showing just 5G) or band 4\66 (showing 5GUC). It's a little faster but that's all. Real 5GUC is when you have 5G SA Carrier Aggregation with 600mhz (n71) and 2500mhz (N41) or even mmWave.

Mid 150ish is all I see when we have 5G n71 with Band 2\4\66.
