AT&t does their own internal betas. You can also flash the unlocked firmware onto your phone using Odin

Ok I've rooted a S8+ a long long time ago and haven't messed around under the hood of a anything else since. I'm sure there's already a tutorial on XDA to flash the firmware. I'll give it a try. Thanks!

I have S21 5g Which model firmware do I need for unlocked firmware?

SM-G991U1 for the regular S21.
SM-G996U1 for the S21 +.
SM-G998U1 for the S21 Ultra.

In Frija (the tool you use to download firmware) select auto, enter your model number, then for CSC enter XAA.

You can find the tutorial for odin on XDA, or PM for a pastebin file write up.
