So I have an unlocked Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G with an AT&T sim card can I get the beta

As long as you have a carrier free version bought from Samsung or have flashed the carrier free version of the firmware you are good. But if it's an AT&T model running the AT&T firmware you will not be able to.

I've seen conflicting rumors some saying today others saying mid Sept so I'd be keeping a tight watch on the main page for the sign up banner.
