On screen notifications

I just sent this to the Beta feedback. Has anyone else noticed this? Since updating to Beta 3.0 whenever doing something that prompts a notification at the bottom of the screen like copying text and doing screen recording the alert stays visible at the bottom of the screen for an abnormal amount of time. Before updating it would appear and after about a second or so it would disappear. 

*Update* I just timed it and it shows for 10 seconds. 

****Update 2**** I figured it out. Under Accessibility, Advanced, Time to take action was changed to 10 seconds. I changed it back to Default and all is back to normal! So weird! 🤷

Yes mine does have these pop-up notices. It did that before beta, however they stay onscreen a bit longer than prior.

PS adding screenshots to show my settings, if this is what area is generating these popups.

Image 1 shows 2 styles. I had mine previously on the right detailed setting. Changed it to brief and it changes modifications to include edge lighting along with pop-up. OK yep this setting edit did affect my pop-up look and style. Now with edge of screen flash, pop-up balloon, and notification sounds. That's accomplished by the Brief setting. Pop-up there about 5 seconds now.

Unfortunately mine is already set to brief. I tried changing it to detailed and back to brief and I still see the same. I just timed it and it actually shows for 10 seconds.
