When will I be able to sign up for the One UI 4 beta? I keep waiting for a notification that never comes.

It's available from what I see. In members go to benefits and at the bottom you should see the beta program sign up. At least that's where I see it as of right now.

Go to Samsung Members main page and scroll through the carousel at the top of the page. That's where I found it.
