One ui keeps crashing

Trying to rearrange apps into folders and on my home screen. One ui keeps freezing then crashing and restarting. I have submitted the error report when it popped up.

Updated to beta, restarted phone due to not being able to open app drawer, after the reboot my home screens and folders in app drawer were all reset.
