OneUI 4.0 doesn't have 120hz Refresh Rate.

Multiple parts of the phone doesn't seems to have 120hz Refresh Rate. It's almost the same as 60Hz.

If you enable developer options you can enable show refresh rate. Not sure how accurate it is though.

Just reported the stuttering and sluggishness of the home screen and app drawer. Also seeing it on the pull down menu.

That was one of the first things i noticed after download the update. Looks like it only happens in home screen, app drawer, and recent menu. Not seeing that issue when scrolling through any apps though.
I am sure they will fix with next update
