Opt out of One UI

I had initially signed up for One Ui 4 Beta but then I opted out within like 5 minutes. Now I went to software update after few days of its launch and I see I have an update available for One Ui 4 beta. How do I opt out of this. I don't want to download the beta software.

Backup and run recovery

That would not work because device will still receive the same update next time I try to check for an update
