They should really keep the stretch overscroll. It looks so much better than the outdated glow effect.

Maybe, give the user 2-4 options so they could keep stretch, or use glow, and maybe even no animation?
Custom firmware has done this for years...

So sad this ugly feature came back. If native or Good Lock software had disabled the nauseating stretch/elastic/bounce/silly putty effect, I'd be buying Samsung. But as you fon't have that advantage over other companies, features like double usb-c ports favor ROG or faster wired and wireless charging favors OnePlus. But I'd have happily given up those competitor's features if I could not throw up from simply scrolling too far.
