Pandora is buggy with one ui 6 beta

I noticed when playing pandora on my phone, I can't skip through the songs because the buttons are shaded out and it's like the app has frozen up so I have to close out the app and reopen it.

I don't have this issue with Pandora on my phone.

Try clearing the app cache.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Came across this issue once. It fixed itself after the next song started playing.

Please try to clear app cache and try again. If the issue persists, it would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels. As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side.
