Ram Running High

After beta 6, RAM runs higher, don't know if maybe the new Natural language search might be running it higher. 

How do I disable NLP

Developer Settings → Running Services

Check which app is constantly using high RAM.

But it's good if you have 12 GB of RAM; why do you want to use less? Unused RAM = wasted RAM.

If the phone is already using more than 8.7gb of ram, your phone needs at least 3 to 4gb to run smoothly, anything below that it starts slowing down freezing up.

The More Unused RAM really means a Smooth Running Phone
