I am experiencing an issue when attempting to set up a new fingerprint on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, as the option appears to be unavailable. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Not having any problems with fingerprints being registered right now. You might need to submit an error report for them to check it out.

If you're not seeing the option for Add fingerprints or if different from the attached screen shots, the posting a screenshot may help everyone to see what you're seeing and to help you.

I took a few screen shots. I'd like to post the images in line with the text to better explain thing, but when trying to attach them, they get added above the message box complicating explanations. Each image is named Settings-01 through -04.
1st image will be the "Settings menu".
2nd image will be "Security and Privacy"
3rd image will be "Screen lock and biometrics"
4th image will be "Fingerprints"

1. Open Samsung Members โ†’ One UI Beta Program โ†’ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โ€œSend system log dataโ€ is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
