I've never had a random restart since owning the device, I didn't know that was a thing

Have you wiped cache partition between Betas?

I do it every other day while in Beta.

Power off your phone. While the phone is powered off press the power button and volume up button simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons. You will now be in the recovery menu. Using Volume buttons for scrolling and the power button for Yes, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition, press power and scroll to yes, press power, then press Yes to reboot.

This should be preformed after EVERY SOFTWARE UPDATE.

Be careful to not press on Factory reset, it is the option before Wipe Cache Partition.

With all due respect, if you didn't know this information you shouldn't be in a Beta program to begin with. Beta programs should only be used by users who know what they are doing should things go horribly wrong.
