I'm on T-Mobile with the same phone and I also had the beta software installed. When they were done with the beta program I figured I'd be updated automatically. I waited a week for the update to be sent to my phone but It didn't get sent, so I manually checked for an update and it finally updated to the latest release. If you bought it direct from Samsung, I think you should have been updated a couple months ago, if not longer.
I bought it from Samsung directly. I enrolled in the OneUI 6.0 beta program. I believe we don't get updates for the beta version after the official build moves to production. So, I wanted to move to production now.
