Are you able to send a bug report? Other users with this issue are saying they cant submit error reports either so im just curious in case one of us who can send them so Samsung can get a jump on this and send out a hot fix.
Please try rebooting your phone into the Recovery mode menu and select clear the cache and then reboot your phone, if this still continues Please use the Send feedback and error report option in the Members app which will send the error reports to the Samsung beta team
I have been having very few problems. The one thing I did after beta 1 was to wipe and restore my phone. Remember going to a brand new version of Android can cause a slew of incompatibility with old settings and apps.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
