Samsung Pay/Wallet Issues

I can't seem to get Samsung Pay to work with the new beta software. I have tried removing my cards and adding them, but every NFC payment terminal which has worked in the past no longer accepts my payments. At one time I did see an error that my Android version may not be compatible, but I was unable to screenshot the message before it closed. Anyone else have this issue?

Is it updated to the newest version?

I have not used it myself to confirm if it works for me, but I saw a Samsung post that said to make sure you update it.

I've had no problems with samsung pay. Google pay wasn't working for me.

It was Google Pay that had the issue not Samsung Pay. It was somehow set to my default payment method. Once I updated to the latest Samsung Pay app version, I was able to use Samsung Pay instead. Google Pay won't work with the beta software.
