Woke up feeling like it's my second day in prison. This will be the last time I buy an unlocked Samsung device. Loyal customers get **bleep**ed for buying a device outright while people who finance carrier locked devices profit from it. Thanks for using my device as a guinea pig so other people can not have to deal with the problems of untested updates.
All Unlocked devices should be able to receive One UI 4 update at this time. Update was opened for carriers in two separate rounds based on CSC which may have caused some of users to receive an update before others.
